If you purchased prepaid return label protection: use the return label included with your shipment to send eligible return items back to us.

If you did not purchase return label protection: package your item securely and ship it through your preferred carrier, such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Return shipping is not free unless prepaid return label protection was purchased at the time of order.

Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return. If a sale item is sent back to us, it will not be refunded, and the customer is responsible for any shipping cost required to send the item back.
